Job summary

Areaagingsolutions is seeking a Programs Specialties Supervisor to oversee licensed and unlicensed staff supporting the MyCare program. You will conduct team meetings and confer with staff on issues related to their support role, ensuring quality patient care in diverse home settings.

The role requires mobility to access private homes or locations that may not be readily accessible; other related duties may be assigned by the Clinical Manager or Director.

Responsibilities

• Supervise licensed and unlicensed staff within the MyCare program.
• Lead team meetings and coordinate with staff on care-related issues.
• Confer with staff regarding issues directly related to their support role.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Clinical Manager or Director.
• Must be able to ambulate to access private homes or locations that may be difficult to reach.
