Job summary

Passavant Memorial Homes is seeking a Program Specialist to oversee safety and well-being in a residential setting and coordinate IP-driven activities in Harmar. This full-time role reports to the Program Operations Director and emphasizes community integration and staff supervision.

The ideal candidate will have a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience in developmental disabilities, along with a valid driver’s license and knowledge of 6400 regulations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with one year of developmental disabilities experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with two years’ direct developmental disabilities experience.
• Associate’s degree with four years’ direct developmental disabilities experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide and supervise activities for individuals per IP and support community integration.
• Coordinate oversight for Direct Support Professionals and conduct regular meetings.
• Complete attendance and payroll records for Direct Support Professionals.
• Assess IP, perform IP annual updates, and revisions per CH. 6400.181(a).
• Ensure budgetary compliance and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Participate in IP process, team reviews, and implementation per 6400 regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Program Operations Director.
