Qualifications

- Experience working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Master’s degree or higher preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee safety and well-being of individuals in a residential setting.
- Coordinate activities and community integration per individual’s plan.
- Supervise Direct Support Professionals and maintain program adherence.
