Qualifications

  • Master's degree from an accredited college or university.

  • Experience with large-scale program implementation and design is preferred.
  • Bilingual ability is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate current initiatives for adults, teens, and children and assist staff training.
  • Manage an operational program budget and grant funds.
  • Develop new programs based on community needs and inform staff of findings.
  • Coordinate translation and interpretation needs for library systems and branches.
  • Cultivate partnerships with community organizations and educational institutions.
  • Prepare and report departmental statistical information.
