Community Youth Center of San Francisco (CYC) seeks a Program Specialist (Inclusion Support) to provide 1:1 and small group social and emotional support, plus behavioral coaching for school-age children in after-school and summer programs.
You will coordinate with school-day staff and families, develop care plans, document progress, and participate in related meetings. The role emphasizes confidentiality, restorative practices, and positive behavior management in a dynamic, inclusive setting.

Title: Program Specialist (Inclusion Support)
Salary: $26.00 - $30.00/hour
Reports to: Site Coordinator
Status: Part-Time (22.5 Hours/Week), Non-Exempt (Position Ends: June 2, 2027)
Under the direction of the Site Coordinator, the Program Specialist is responsible for providing 1:1 and/or small group social and emotional support as well as behavioral intervention and coaching to school age children during after school programs and/or summer. Responsibilities also include the coordination of support services and communication with school day and afterschool staff and families.
