Community Youth Center (CYC) in San Francisco is seeking a Program Specialist (Inclusion Support) to provide 1:1 and small group social and emotional support during after-school and summer programs. You will develop care plans and coordinate services with school staff and families.
The role requires at least 2 years in youth development or related fields, 48 college units or an instructional aide exam, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to lift 25 lbs.

Position Program Specialist (Inclusion Support)
Salary $26.00 – $30.00/hour
Report to Site Coordinator
Status Part-Time (22.5 Hours/Week), Non-Exempt
Position Ends June 2, 2027
Under the direction of the Site Coordinator, the Program Specialist is responsible for providing 1:1 and/or small group social and emotional support as well as behavioral intervention and coaching to school age children during after school programs and/or summer. Responsibilities also include the coordination of support services and communication with school day and afterschool staff and families.
