Threshold Rehabilitation Services, Inc., a human service agency supporting people with disabilities, is actively seeking an energetic, team-oriented professional to join our management team in our IDD Residential Services Division. Do you want to truly make a difference in the lives of people with disabilities? Do you have strong supervisory, management and interpersonal skills? Then we have a rewarding position for you as a Program Specialist - In-Home and Community Supports.

Responsibilities

Providing support and supervision to assigned staff, along with assisting individuals who live in their own homes to achieve personal successes. Additional responsibilities include providing on-call support.

The hours for this position are Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm, flexible, with on-call responsibilities. These are great work hours with paid holidays off starting day one of employment!

Full-time staff are eligible for benefits including medical, dental and vision, paid vacation and sick days, as well as tuition reimbursement, and a 401(k) Plan.

Threshold provides comprehensive paid training for all employees.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in a Human Services related field. (Original document is required).
• Two years managerial/supervisory experience.
• Two years of experience working directly with individuals with intellectual disabilities.
• Computer knowledge is a must.
• Valid PA Driver's License.
• Use of vehicle while working with valid registration and insurance coverage indicating you are an insured driver.
• PA Criminal History Clearance.
• PA Motor Vehicle Record Check.
• FBI Clearance (if candidate has not been a resident of PA for the past two consecutive years).
