Community Solutions seeks a Part-Time Program Specialist II to support Adult Residential services in Santa Clara County. You will manage caseloads, ensure Medi-Cal documentation, and collaborate with a diverse team to empower clients and families served by the agency.

Ideal candidates hold an AA degree or equivalent and have experience with direct client work; MHRS certification is a plus, and bilingual skills are valued. The role requires strong organizational and confidentiality practices.

Qualifications

• A.A. degree and one-year direct client work experience or three years direct client work experience in a related field required or equivalent.
• For Residential Program, must complete Licensing training during first week of employment
• MHRS certification preferred.
• Bilingual and bicultural is preferred.
• Empowerment, advocacy, trauma-informed and support techniques for people with mental illness or substance abuse issues required.
• Knowledge of Medi-Cal regulations and program documentation strongly preferred.

• Apply Medi-Cal regulations and documentation requirements; maintain audit-ready charts.
