Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years of related project management, supply chain, or manufacturing operations experience.
  • Knowledge and capability in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% for onsite customer meetings.
  • Legal Authorization to work in the United States – sponsorship will not be provided for this role.

Responsibilities

Join our dynamic team as a Program Specialist! Based in Marshalltown, IA, the Program Specialist is responsible for driving the day-to-day execution of projects, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and compliance with all required steps. While each project has an assigned Manager who oversees overall strategy and client communication, the Program Specialist focuses on operational details and works closely with the Project Manager as a collaborative team to achieve project success.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be
  • Create, review and drive detailed project schedules in alignment with the Project Manager.
  • Ensure adherence to timelines and deliverables.
