Qualifications

  • Exhibits sound judgment and resourcefulness; can research issues and consult with a manager.
  • Ability to receive guidance and draft programs based on instruction.
  • MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Google Workspace proficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Provide, review, and write contracts; conduct monitoring.
  • Support the Program Manager with staff boards/commissions and allocate special appropriations.
  • Coordinate program activities with private providers and other governmental entities.
  • Review project files to ensure policy compliance; deliver training and technical assistance.
  • Enforce compliance with program statutes and policy.
  • Implement competitive grant processes using federal and state funds; inform grantees of requirements.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and GOED programs to develop reports.
  • Conduct site visits and present information to cities, towns, and counties.
