Job summary

Utah State University is seeking a Program Assistant III for the One Utah Service Fellowship (OUSF) program. The role supports program management and AmeriCorps grant compliance in a hybrid office setting after 120 days.

Travel to partner sites is required; position is permanent, contingent on funding. Responsibilities include ensuring regulatory compliance, overseeing reporting requirements, developing policies, conducting audits, and supporting staff and fellows with safety, confidentiality,

Qualifications

• Minimum four (4) years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to develop and update policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
• Experience with coordinating training and orientation for staff or fellows.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with regulations, grant requirements, and nonprofit standards.
• Oversee submission of required documentation, including background checks and reports.
• Design and maintain processes for member orientation, training, and development.
• Maintain program content and assist with promotional materials and newsletters.
• Support program planning, implementation, and continuous improvement.
