Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Program Specialist to bring our curriculum to life in centers and lead classroom implementations. You will spend most time directly with children, mentoring teachers and engaging families to foster high-quality early education.

The role includes staff training, collaboration with center leadership, and advancing enrollment and accreditation objectives. The position emphasizes hands-on classroom work, relationship-building with families, and partnering

Qualifications

• Ability to build relationships with families and coworkers in a dynamic learning setting.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Approved State Trainer (preferred).
• NAEYC/NAC, and state licensing knowledge (preferred).
• Meet state specific guidelines for the role.
• Physically able to use a computer, lift up to 40 pounds, and work indoors/outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Ensure our curriculum is presented as intended and teachers can discuss what children learn.
• Spend 75% of time in the classroom educating children and mentoring teachers.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for children.
• Train, motivate and lead staff and assist center management with interviewing and hiring.
• Support center success by working with staff to achieve enrollment, accreditation, and operational goals.
