Job summary

PA Inclusive is seeking a Program Specialist to oversee a caseload and deliver integrated services across housing, employment, and behavioral supports in the Pittston area. The role requires field-based work up to 75% and on-call availability to maintain program continuity.

The position emphasizes developing individualized plans, implementing behavioral strategies, and coordinating with state agencies to meet ODP and OVR standards. A related degree and relevant certs are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience with people with disabilities.
• NADD Certification within 90 days of employment or ability to obtain.
• ACRES or CESP certification within 6 months of employment.
• Experience with IDD/autism/mental health disabilities required.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
• Pass Child Abuse History and Criminal Record Clearances.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned caseload of staff and clients.
• Oversee employment and community-based services delivery through state systems.
• Hire, train, and supervise direct support professionals and job coaches.
• Provide direct services to fill open shifts when needed.
• Ensure accurate documentation in systems ( Therap, HCSIS, EIM, CDWS ).
• Serve as liaison to outside entities and coordinate with Support Coordinators.
• Develop and maintain relationships with community agencies and resources.
• Attend ISP and agency meetings and ensure program compliance.
