Horizon House, Inc. seeks a Full-time Direct Support Professional in our Developmental Services Division to support adults with developmental disabilities in community-based settings.
You will work closely with participants to assist in daily living skills and promote community integration. Responsibilities include documenting progress electronically, assisting with personal care, monitoring health, ensuring safety, and maintaining a safe residential environment while meeting PA medication
