HB Staffing is seeking a Program Specialist to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Coordinate and monitor compliance for multiple housing programs with complex regulations.
• Assist clients with program eligibility, applications, and landlord-tenant issues.
• Manage program databases and troubleshoot ISSI/Yardi software issues.
• Review and certify annual/interim re-examinations and rent calculations.
• Conduct orientations, briefings, and investigations of lease violations.
• Maintain accurate records, generate reports, and ensure policy compliance.
• Research and assist with grant applications and renewals.
• Represent the agency in grievance hearings as needed.
• Train staff and ensure adherence to HUD and Housing Authority regulations.
• Collaborate with community partners to provide services to clients with special needs.
  
  

Position Requirements:

• Proficiency in Yardi and ISSI software.
• Strong administrative and data entry skills.
• Knowledge of HUD regulations and affordable housing policies.
• Ability to prepare detailed reports and maintain compliance logs.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and standard office equipment.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
