Standard Work Schedule: Standard (M-F, 8-5)


Job Duties and Responsibilities

The Administrative Assistant provides administrative, fiscal, and operational support to ensure the successful implementation of the project. This position coordinates project activities, enters data for budgets and expenditures, manages documentation and reporting requirements, facilitates communication among project partners and consultants. The administrative assistant also supports meeting and regional event logistics, maintains project records, tracks deliverables and timelines, and assists project leadership in achieving project goals and objectives.


Qualifications

Required Education and Experience: High School diploma or higher degree.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Administrative Assistance Experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint).

Working Conditions and Physical Effort

Environment: Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment.


Physical Effort: Light physical effort. Effort applies to no more than two (2) hours per day.


Lifting Requirements: Requires handling of average-weight objects up to 25 pounds or standing and/or walking for more than four (4) hours per day.


Risk: No or very limited exposure to physical risk.
