Job summary

Fluor Corporation in the United States seeks a Deputy Program Manager to lead a major Operations and Management contract. The role requires TS/SCI clearance and a U.S.

citizenship, with responsibility across construction, maintenance, procurement and plant operations to ensure compliance and performance. You will mentor personnel, coordinate across design and field teams, and maintain strong client relations to support on-time, within-budget project delivery in a government contracting

Qualifications

• Accredited four-year degree and eight years of related experience or an equivalent combination.
• Ability to communicate with management, coworkers, clients, vendors and other stakeholders.
• Job-related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job.
• Must be a U.S. citizen with ability to obtain required clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of Fluor prime contract and relevant subcontracts.
• Ensure health, safety and environmental requirements are emphasized throughout the project.
• Coordinate across design, procurement, material management, and construction teams.
• Maintain project reporting, change control and interface management across PMO operations.
• Support staffing, client relations and early engagement in program execution.
