Job summary

Child & Family Center is seeking a Program Manager I for the Pathways to Recovery program. This role involves leadership and direction for the Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Program, ensuring compliance with state and federal contracts.

The ideal candidate will provide supervision to staff, oversight of program implementation, and develop initiatives to support client engagement. At least a master's degree in a relevant field and strong leadership skills are required.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years previous experience in providing direct services in the behavioral health field.
• Experience in community mental health and substance abuse treatment.
• Good diagnostic skills and knowledge of family systems therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and support to Pathways to Recovery staff.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical requirements.
• Develop value-based care initiatives and support program growth.
