Didlake, Inc. is seeking a Program Services Assistant to empower individuals with disabilities to build independence and life skills through direct support aligned with ISPs and HCBS standards. You will work to foster meaningful community engagement and promote dignity in daily activities.
You will monitor progress toward ISP goals, coordinate schedules, assist with personal care and health needs, and advocate for rights while ensuring safety and respectful care in all settings.

The Program Services Assistant contributes to a supportive and inclusive environment that promotes dignity, choice, and community integration while ensuring services align with Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) standards.
