Job summary

Watermark is seeking a Program Security Representative I to provide multi-discipline security support for SAPs, SCI, and collateral data. You will ensure compliance with NISPOM and DoD policies, and support security education and awareness across military operations.

The role requires 5–7 years of related experience, SAP experience, and a TS/SCI clearance, with a focus on safeguarding sensitive information and implementing SS policy improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related area or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5–7 years related security experience.
• TS/SCI clearance and eligibility for SAP access.
• Experience with Special Access Programs (SAP) at Levels I–III is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure strict adherence to NISPOM, its Supplement, DoD Overprint, DCID, ICD, and SAP policy.
• Develop and execute policies and procedures for safeguarding SAP/SCI and collateral data.
• Provide day-to-day security support and identify shortfalls to improve policies and systems.
• Identify vulnerabilities, threats, and risks to test, training, and operations.
• Assist in developing, implementing, and training the Operations Security program.
• Coordinate with SAP security personnel to incorporate lessons learned into security education.
