The Amatriot Group is seeking a Security Specialist to provide multi-discipline support for SAPs, SCI, and collateral data. The role requires day-to-day security analysis, policy execution, and ongoing readiness for DoD and government operations.

You will help develop and implement security programs, perform facility reviews, and coordinate with SAP security staff to educate across government and civilian teams. A TS/SCI clearance with CI poly is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or 4 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• 5-7 years of related security experience; SFPC counts toward 3 years.
• Experience with SAP (Special Access Programs) required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide multi-discipline security support for SAPs including day-to-day analysis of collateral, SCI, and SAP activities.
• Develop and implement approved policies to safeguard SAP, SCI, and collateral data.
• Assist in providing contractor and subordinate facility oversight and conduct SAP facility compliance reviews.
• Develop and deliver Operations Security training and brief personnel on security topics.
• Handle security incident inquiries and generate damage assessments for lost or compromised information.

Target Salary Range*: $122,000 - $132,000

• This represents the potential salary range for this position depending on education level, years of experience and/or certifications in addition to other position-specific requirements which may impact salary

Position Overview

Provide multi-discipline security support for one or more customer Special Access Programs (SAPs), including day-to-day analysis of Collateral, Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), and SAP activities.

Key Responsibilities

Security Compliance and Policy

• Ensure strict adherence to the NISPOM, its Supplement, the DoD Overprint, DCID, ICD, and SAP policy.
• Assist in developing and executing approved policies and procedures to safeguard SAP, SCI, and collateral data in support of U.S. military operations.
• Provide day-to-day security support, continuously assess procedures, identify shortfalls, and recommend improvements to security policies, procedures, and systems.
• Identify vulnerabilities, threats, and risks to test, training, and operational activities.

Facility Oversight and Reviews

• Assist in providing contractor and subordinate facility assistance and oversight.
• Conduct and document SAP facility compliance reviews, follow-on facility reviews, and facility close-outs.
• Monitor, report, and track all corrective actions resulting from compliance reviews.

Security Training and Communication

• Assist in developing and implementing the Operations Security program and providing related training.
• Brief personnel at all levels in government and senior civilian services on security topics.
• Ensure timely notification of pertinent security matters to program technical and management staff.
• Coordinate with SAP security personnel to incorporate lessons learned into the SAP security education and awareness curriculum.

Security Incident Inquiries

• Examine losses, compromises, or suspected compromises of classified or sensitive information.
• Conduct preliminary inquiries and generate damage assessments resulting from the loss of classified information.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree or 4 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree. [Required]

Experience

• 5-7 years of related experience. Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC) counts toward 3 years of experience. [Required]
• SAP experience. [Required]

Clearance

• TS/SCI; must be willing to obtain a CI Poly. [Required]
