Target Salary Range*: $122,000 - $132,000

Position Overview
Provide multi-discipline security support for one or more customer Special Access Programs (SAPs), including day-to-day analysis of Collateral, Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), and SAP activities.
Key Responsibilities
Security Compliance and Policy
- Ensure strict adherence to the NISPOM, its Supplement, the DoD Overprint, DCID, ICD, and SAP policy.
- Assist in developing and executing approved policies and procedures to safeguard SAP, SCI, and collateral data in support of U.S. military operations.
- Provide day-to-day security support, continuously assess procedures, identify shortfalls, and recommend improvements to security policies, procedures, and systems.
- Identify vulnerabilities, threats, and risks to test, training, and operational activities.
Facility Oversight and Reviews
- Assist in providing contractor and subordinate facility assistance and oversight.
- Conduct and document SAP facility compliance reviews, follow-on facility reviews, and facility close-outs.
- Monitor, report, and track all corrective actions resulting from compliance reviews.
Security Training and Communication
- Assist in developing and implementing the Operations Security program and providing related training.
- Brief personnel at all levels in government and senior civilian services on security topics.
- Ensure timely notification of pertinent security matters to program technical and management staff.
- Coordinate with SAP security personnel to incorporate lessons learned into the SAP security education and awareness curriculum.
Security Incident Inquiries
- Examine losses, compromises, or suspected compromises of classified or sensitive information.
- Conduct preliminary inquiries and generate damage assessments resulting from the loss of classified information.
QualificationsEducation
- Bachelor’s degree or 4 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree. [Required]
Experience
- 5–7 years of related experience. Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC) counts toward 3 years of experience. [Required]
- SAP experience. [Required]
Clearance
- TS/SCI; must be willing to obtain a CI Poly. [Required]
