The Amatriot Group is seeking a seasoned security professional to provide multi-discipline support for SAPs, SCI, and collateral data at JB Anacostia-Bolling, DC. You will analyze day-to-day security activities and help implement policy across programs.

Applicants should hold a TS/SCI clearance with willingness to obtain a CI Poly, have 10–12 years of related experience including SAP exposure, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or 4 additional years of relevant experience required.
  • 10–12 years of related security experience required, with SFPC counts toward no more than 5 years.
  • TS/SCI clearance required; must be willing to obtain CI Poly.
  • 2+ years of SAP experience required.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure strict adherence to NISPOM, supplements, DoD Overprint, DCID, ICD, and SAP policy.
  • Assist in facility compliance reviews, follow-on reviews, and facility close-outs.
  • Develop and deliver Operations Security training and awareness programs.
  • Examine losses or suspected compromises of classified information and conduct inquiries.
  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and oversight of security team members.

Target Salary Range*: $171,000 - $190,000

Position Overview

Provide multi-discipline security support for one or more customer Special Access Programs (SAPs), including day-to-day analysis of Collateral, Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), and SAP activities.

Key Responsibilities
Security Compliance and Policy
  • Ensure strict adherence to the NISPOM, its Supplement, the DoD Overprint, DCID, ICD, and SAP policy.
  • Assist in developing and executing approved policies and procedures to safeguard SAP, SCI, and collateral data in support of U.S. military operations.
  • Provide day-to-day security support, continuously assess procedures, identify shortfalls, and recommend improvements to security policies, procedures, and systems.
  • Identify vulnerabilities, threats, and risks to test, training, and operational activities.
Facility Oversight and Reviews
  • Assist in providing contractor and subordinate facility assistance and oversight.
  • Conduct and document SAP facility compliance reviews, follow-on facility reviews, and facility close-outs.
  • Monitor, report, and track all corrective actions resulting from compliance reviews.
Security Training and Communication
  • Assist in developing and implementing the Operations Security program and providing related training.
  • Brief personnel at all levels in government and senior civilian services on security topics.
  • Ensure timely notification of pertinent security matters to program technical and management staff.
  • Coordinate with SAP security personnel to incorporate lessons learned into the SAP security education and awareness curriculum.
Security Incident Inquiries
  • Examine losses, compromises, or suspected compromises of classified or sensitive information.
  • Conduct preliminary inquiries and generate damage assessments resulting from the loss of classified information.
Team Leadership
  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and oversight of team members.
QualificationsEducation
  • Bachelor’s degree or 4 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree. [Required]
Experience
  • 10–12 years of related experience. Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC) counts toward no more than 5 years of experience. [Required]
  • 2+ years of SAP experience. [Required]
Clearance
  • TS/SCI; must be willing to obtain a CI Poly. [Required]
