Job summary

Lockheed Martin Space (LMS) is seeking a Program Security Representative to support advanced programs and protect classified material. The successful candidate will develop and audit security programs and work with government customers to ensure program integrity.

Responsibilities include implementing federal security regulations, managing access control and indoctrinations, and delivering security education.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Operational Security (OPSEC), Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), and Counterintelligence.
• Knowledge of security databases such as DISS, NISS, JADE, etc.
• Experience working with internal and external stakeholders/customers.
• Strong interpersonal and team-building skills.

• Develop, administer, and audit security programs to ensure compliance with government regulations for classified material and export-controlled data.
• Support contractual security requirements for Advanced Programs, including SCI and DOD collateral classified programs.
• Implement federal security regulations for Advanced Programs (DoDM 5205.07), SCI rules (ICD) or DOD rules (NISPOM).
• Work with U.S. Government customers to provide contract support, program management, and security services.
• Create presentations, provide Security Education and Awareness training, and develop procedures.
• Perform roles to support classified programs, including access control, visitor control, indoctrinations, debriefings, investigations, and classification management using ICDs.

Basic Qualifications

• Final Top Secret clearance with an investigation with the last 5 years or enrolled in a continuous vetting (CV) program (regardless of recorded CE date)
• Prior Industrial Security experience
• Familiarity with 32 CFR Part 117 NISPOM Rule, DoD 5205.07 and ICD manuals and directives

Desired Skills

• Working knowledge of Operational Security (OPSEC), Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), and Counterintelligence
• Knowledge of various security databases such as DISS, NISS, JADE, etc.
• Experience working with internal and external stakeholders/customers
• Strong interpersonal and team building skills

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $67400.00 - $125200.00

• Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.
• For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
