Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. is seeking a Program Security Representative (PSR) II to provide multi-discipline security support for SAPs, SCI, and collateral data. The role involves day-to-day analysis, policy development, and training across government and industry partners in a dynamic DoD environment.

You will ensure adherence to NISPOM, implement security programs, and coordinate with SAP security personnel. Travel up to 10–25% is expected; location is Chantilly, VA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related area or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of related experience.
• SFPC/SPSC certifications count toward experience.
• TS/SCI clearance required; willingness to submit to polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to NISPOM, DoD Overprint, DCID, ICD, and SAP policy.
• Develop and execute policies for safeguarding SAP/SCI/collateral data.
• Provide day-to-day security support and assess procedures for improvements.
• Identify vulnerabilities, threats, and risks in testing, training, and operations.
• Assist in developing and training the Operations Security program.
• Coordinate with SAP security personnel and oversight of contractor facilities.
