Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. is seeking a Program Security Representative to provide multi-discipline security support for SAPs, SCI, and collateral data. You will perform day-to-day security analysis and ensure compliance with NISPOM and related policies.

The role requires Top Secret/SCI with polygraph eligibility, 5+ years of related experience, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to travel 10-25% with onsite work in Washington, DC.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience.
• SAP experience desired.
• US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure strict adherence to NISPOM, its Supplement, the DoD Overprint, DCID, ICD, and SAP policy.
• Assist in developing and executing policies for SAP, SCI and collateral data safeguarding.
• Provide day-to-day security support including assessment of procedures to identify shortfalls and improve policies.
• Identify vulnerabilities, threats, and risks to test, training, and operations.
• Assist in developing, implementing, and training the Operations Security program.
• Assist in providing contractor and subordinate facility assistance and oversight.
• Brief all levels of personnel on security topics.
• Conduct SAP facility compliance reviews, follow-on reviews, and close-outs.
• Monitor, report and track corrective actions from reviews.
• Notify program staff of pertinent security matters promptly.
• Explore loss or suspected loss of classified information and generate damage assessments.
• Coordinate with SAP security to incorporate lessons learned into the SAP security education program.
