Job summary

RTX in East Hartford, CT seeks a Program Scheduler to maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and support program execution. The role works with technical stakeholders to ensure timely status, accurate forecasting, and proper baseline changes within government guidelines.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in scheduling or project management, familiarity with EV management, and strong MS Office skills. This is an on-site position requiring U.S. citizenship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant scheduling experience or an advanced degree.
• Experience as a program scheduler/planner and in program/project management.
• Experience supporting government proposals and Earned Value management.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate IMS quality and schedule health per DCMA requirements.
• Provide scheduling support and develop baseline changes with stakeholders.
• Assess variance and mitigation plans to maintain IMS integrity.
• Collaborate with EV analysts and CAMs to align SAP, MRP, and IMS.
• Create and update standard scheduling work.
