Job summary

Intra Management Solutions (IMS) is seeking a Scheduler with approximately 5+ years of hands-on scheduling experience to support a large Aerospace & Defense program in Crystal City, VA. This role develops, maintains, and analyzes integrated program schedules and partners with program managers, technical teams, and other stakeholders to ensure schedule accuracy and successful execution.

• Experience performing schedule analysis.
• Familiarity with Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA).
• Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary program teams.
• F-35 program experience is highly relevant.
• NAVAIR program experience is a plus.

Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Scheduler with approximately 5+ yearsof hands-on scheduling experience to support a large, complex Aerospace & Defense program in Crystal City, VA.
