Job summary

Intra Management Solutions (IMS) in Colorado is seeking an experienced Program Scheduler and Project Controls professional for an on-site role supporting complex, mission-critical programs.

You will manage Integrated Master Schedules, perform schedule health assessments, and apply CPM/EVM principles while coordinating with engineering, government, and defense teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Open Plan, or similar scheduling tools.
• Understanding of CPM.
• Experience performing schedule analysis and schedule health assessments.
• Familiarity with project controls, program controls, or planning functions.
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM/EVMS) principles.
• Experience supporting engineering, government, energy, defense, aerospace, or large-scale capital projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across multidisciplinary teams.

Experience We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Open Plan, or similar scheduling tools
• Understanding of Critical Path Methodology (CPM)
• Experience performing schedule analysis and schedule health assessments
• Familiarity with project controls, program controls, or planning functions
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM/EVMS) principles
• Experience supporting engineering, technical, government, energy, defense, aerospace, or large-scale capital projects
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across multidisciplinary teams

• ANSI/EIA-748 EVMS environments
