Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain program schedules, identifying relationships, milestones, and constraints for various construction projects.
• Monitor and participate in project scheduling issues, applying best practices and standards.
• Obtain and perform QA/QC on schedule updates from project teams.
• Create conceptual schedules for multiple project types, including large, complex, multi-year projects.
• Prepare reports and analyses as directed by management.

Minimum Requirements

Experience and Skills

• Six (6) years of full-time paid experience in scheduling for an owner or general contractor, preferably in educational facilities or public works projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera 19.12 or above and MS Office Suite.
• Experience with Design-Bid-Build and Design-Build project delivery methods.
• Ability to build effective relationships with project teams and staff.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management from a recognized college or university.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $150,000 - $157,000, based on education, qualifications, experience, and location.
