Base Pay Range

$147,000.00/yr - $159,000.00/yr

Job Duties
  1. Develops and maintains program schedules for construction projects, identifying relationships, logic, milestones, and constraints.
  2. Monitors project scheduling issues, administering best practices and standards.
  3. Obtains schedule updates from project teams and performs QA/QC on received information.
  4. Creates conceptual schedules for multiple project types, including large, complex, multi-year projects.
  5. Prepares ad-hoc reports and analyses as directed by management.
Required Experience and Skills
  1. Six (6) years of professional experience in Scheduling for an Owner or General Contractor, preferably on educational or public works projects.
  2. Proficiency in Primavera 19.12 or above and MS Office Suite.
  3. Experience with Design-Bid-Build and Design-Build project delivery methods.
  4. Ability to build effective relationships with project teams and staff.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Strong organizational and planning skills.
Required Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management from a recognized college or university.
