• Validating alignment between solution design, implementation activities, and client operational needs.
• Reviewing project documentation, issue logs, and status reporting to identify gaps, dependencies, and emerging risks.
• Leveraging business application knowledge to support transformation, integration, and implementation activities.
• Developing client relationships and communicating program risks, quality concerns, and corrective actions to stakeholders.
• Applying technology consulting methods to improve project delivery, documentation, and control monitoring.
