Job summary

PwC is seeking a Program Risk & Quality Manager to lead risk and quality activities across business application consulting workstreams. You will drive planning, budgeting, and execution, coaching teams, and ensuring alignment with client needs and professional standards.

You will oversee deliverables, validate quality, and identify process improvements while supporting client goals and technology-enabled delivery across multiple priorities in our Technology Consulting practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 5 years of experience.
• MBA or Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead program risk and quality workstreams across business application consulting engagements.
• Guide planning, budgeting, execution, and completion of client projects with attention to scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coach team members on risk controls, quality review methods, and application consulting deliverables.
• Validate alignment between solution design, implementation activities, and client operational needs.
• Review project documentation, issue logs, and status reporting to identify gaps, dependencies, and risks.
• Leverage business application knowledge to support transformation, integration, and implementation activities.
• Develop client relationships and communicate program risks, quality concerns, and corrective actions to stakeholders.
• Apply technology consulting methods to improve project delivery, documentation, and control monitoring.
