There is one Extra Help Program Representative I opening with the Yakima County Emergency Medical Services Department. This positions is responsible for teaching hands-on EMS practical skills that relate to the functions of an emergency medical technician or paramedic. They will educate new providers as well as very experienced providers. This person will conduct EMT lectures and skill practice sessions. This position could also be teaching First Aid/CPR to the public.

valid WA State Driver's License and proof of insurance, if requested successful completion of general employment verification current WA State Certification as Emergency Medical Services Provider or National Certification in one of the following disciplines: Emergency Medical Technician, Advanced Emergency Medical Technician or Paramedic WA State Certification as an EMS Evaluator within one year of appointment.
