Job description

Electric Boat is currently experiencing a generational increase in shipbuilding volume and is working to establish a foundation, strategy and infrastructure to support that growth through an Integrated Enterprise Plan. The Enterprise Portfolio Management Office is being established to provide the governance structure to manage the Enterprise Plan. The objective of the EMPO is to enable better decision making and resource allocation, improve program integration, and drive achievements of strategic goals. Successful candidates will be the change agents that enable the transformation of the enterprise too high-rate submarine production through communication, relationships and integration. This candidate will need to operate with minimal supervision and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. This position is well suited for someone who has shipyard and project management experience.

Qualifications

• Portfolio management experience
• Experience with project management tools
• Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt Certification
• PMP certification
• Familiarity with Electric Boat business systems and construction processes
