Job summary

YMCA of Metro Atlanta is seeking an Association Program Registrar in Atlanta, GA to serve as the primary contact for program registration management. You will maintain records, assist with registration for youth and families, and coordinate with branches and finance on third party payments, discounts, and financial assistance.

In this role you will handle program collections, enter financial assessments and scholarships, and support HR for Traction Rec training.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED.
1+ years of experience working with children in a structured setting.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Ability to pass pre-employment background checks per policy.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer software.

Responsibilities

Support and collaborate with association branches to provide program registration support.
Manage program registrations and billing through Traction Rec and vendor software.
Record scholarships, financial assessments, and maintain accurate records.
Serve as primary contact for families regarding payment arrangements and cancellations.
Provide excellent customer service to members and program participants over the phone.
Maintain an organized office environment.
