Job summary

Liliʻuokalani Trust seeks a Director, Kamalei Support Services to lead clinical and support teams serving kamaliʻi youth and ʻohana. The role oversees casework, supervision, and program compliance within a trauma‑informed, culturally grounded framework.

You will foster staff development, manage risk, and drive continuous improvement while partnering with leadership to advance LT’s healing‑centered mission for Native Hawaiian youth and families.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work or related field required.
• Minimum three years of leadership or management experience in social services.
• Clinical supervision experience with knowledge of case direction and consultation.
• Strong understanding of case management, program development and youth development.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory oversight of case management practice and adherence to standards.
• Guide staff in development and implementation of individualized service plans.
• Facilitate regular team meetings and case conferences for coordinated services.
• Oversee case openings, transitions, and closures for timely documentation.
• Coordinate with Clinical Consultant for complex cases and reflective supervision.
• Support staff in identifying when clinical consultation is needed and connect to resources.
