Job summary

Lockheed Martin RMS in Colorado is seeking a Program Quality Engineer to drive quality across the full lifecycle of C2 Ground programs, ensuring AS9100 compliance and risk-based planning. The role oversees hardware, software, and supplier quality, partnering with program teams to deliver high‑integrity products.

You will lead supplier quality and hardware quality process development at the Deer Creek site, coordinating audits, SCARs and RCCA activities while managing budgets and customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience/combined education.
• Ability to obtain a DoD Top Secret clearance
• Previous experience in Quality Engineering
• Understanding of hardware & supplier quality processes
• Familiarity with Quality Management System (QMS) standards, i.e. AS9100.

Responsibilities

• Implement and execute quality requirements across the full life‑cycle of a program — from proposal and contract review through start‑up, development, transition to production, and sustained support.
• Lead Supplier Quality and Hardware Quality process development/training at Deer Creek.
• Drive risk‑based quality planning, audits, and continuous‑improvement initiatives while managing budgets, cost commitments, and relationships with internal and external Customers.
