Lockheed Martin Corporation in Camden seeks a Program Quality Engineering Asc Manager to lead the implementation and execution of program quality requirements across the lifecycle. You will guide design, development, production, and mobilization, coordinating with program teams and suppliers to ensure quality compliance.

The role requires a US citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret clearance, with expertise in hardware, software, and systems quality processes.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in science, technology, engineering or math; or equivalent education and experience
• Must be a US Citizen and have ability to obtain a Secret security clearance
• Knowledge of Aerospace standards: AS9100, AS9102, AS9103
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office tools

Responsabilidades

• Lead the quality team in delivering program quality requirements from proposal through production support.
• Partner with program teams as the Quality Lead for design, development, production, and mobilization phases.
• Perform contract reviews and flow-down of quality requirements to internal teams and suppliers.
• Establish quality budgets, cost commitments, and maintain the Quality Program Team business rhythm.
• Serve on Risk and Opportunity Review Boards, driving risk mitigation and Return-to-Green plans.
• Maintain a DCMA/Customer quality relationship and ensure QA plans are documented, current and implemented.
