Job summary

LSI Industries is seeking a Project Manager to support our Adapt Program Implementation in Houston, TX. The role will manage multiple client projects nationwide, balancing priorities and travel as needed.

The successful candidate will coordinate with project personnel and subcontractors, prepare proposals, and ensure projects stay within budget and schedule while maintaining strong client relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1–3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Represents LSI Industries positively with employees, clients, suppliers and the community.
• Interacts professionally with a diverse group of employees and customers.
• Performs field surveys of project sites to gather information for proposals and implementation requirements.
• Prepares project proposals outlining period, funding, staffing, and resource plans.
• Maintains client contacts and relationships for current projects.
• Establishes work plans and staffing for each phase; assigns personnel.
• Coordinates activities with subcontractors and government agencies including permitting.
• Directs and coordinates project personnel and subcontractors to meet schedule and budget.
• Prepares status reports and communicates with clients and teams, adjusting schedules as needed.
• Confers with staff to provide technical advice and resolve problems.
