Job summary

OLH Technical Services, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, seeks a Program/Project Manager in Crystal City, VA. The role leads contract activities and coordinates program planning, MOA/MOU support, and scheduling for multiple programs.

You will manage digital tools and data management efforts, including SharePoint, Power BI, and Planner, to support foreign military sales and partner collaboration. Experience with DoD programs is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a High School Diploma and over 10 years of relevant experience.
• Preferred qualifications include a Master’s degree in a relevant technical field.

Responsibilities

• Provide management and leadership for all contract activities.
• Support Program Management, the Cooperative German Partner, and Foreign Military Sales efforts.
• Coordinate program planning, meetings, MOA/MOU support, and third-party/FMS sales support.
• Enhance digital strategy and maintain data/record management using Microsoft 365, Planner, and Power BI.
• Develop and manage scheduling for all programs and projects, including What-If analyses.

Position Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing management and leadership for all contract activities.

• Perform the following duties supporting Program Management, our Cooperative German Partner, and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) efforts:

• Program Planning and Coordination Support

• Meeting and Conference Support

• Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) / Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) Support

• Third Party and FMS Sales Support

• Digital Strategy Enhancement and SharePoint Management

• Support and enhance the digital strategy, focusing on effective data and records management. Effective use of tools such as Microsoft 365, Planner, and Power BI are required.

• Efforts include:

• SharePoint Site Management

• Digital Tools Development and Maintenance

• Data and Documentation Management

• Facilitation of Collaborative Processes

• Schedule Management and Analysis for Programs and Projects

• Undertake coordination, development, integration, and management of scheduling activities for all programs and projects, with the following specific duties:

• Schedule Development, Analysis, and Communication

• Recovery Planning and “What-If” Scenario Analysis
