Job summary

Precise Systems seeks a Program/Project/Management Analyst, Journeyman to support our Patuxent River, MD customer. This in-person role supports day-to-day operations, prepares program documentation, briefs and coordinates schedules, meetings, and related actions. Required BA/BS and 3–10 years of relevant experience.

U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a Secret security clearance are mandatory. Compensation includes a range of $44,819.01 to $67,228.40 annually and a comprehensive

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 3–10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description.
• Experience with DTS.
• Experience with NAVAIR Correspondence Manual.
• Experience with DISS.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day operations
• Screen and distribute all correspondence
• Maintain the Program Office Awards Master List and associated nomination criteria, updating the list regularly
• Prepare and maintain COOP and emergency procedures desk cards and forward to the Government for review and approval
• Prepare and update floor plans, organization charts, and seating charts; coordinate facility work (environmental issues, HVAC, emergencies)
• Develop and maintain contact lists and respond to muster drills
• Review and provide recommendations regarding program documentation
• Prepare documentation for program reviews and briefs (APORs, ERB briefs, ESB briefs)
• Develop, prepare and consolidate input for professional level briefs and presentations
• Design and develop 2D/3D graphics and animation from script; edit video productions
• Provide conference room support and AV/DCI setup
• Serve as point of contact for facility inquiries
• Process APACS, passports and visa requests
• Develop ISOPREP packages for Government personnel
• Maintain and update organizational charts
• Coordinate events/activities
• Develop SPO site and upload bios and briefs
• Manage onboarding/offboarding of personnel
