Job summary

Leidos is seeking an experienced Program Business Analyst to support IT programs within the Utility Technologies Solutions team. You will assist Senior PM/Portfolio Manager with governance, documentation, planning, reporting, and coordination across multiple IT projects for electric utility operations.

The role emphasizes organization, proactive communication, and ability to work onsite in South Plainfield, NJ three days per week. Salary ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in CS/IS/Management/BA or related field with 4+ years of project support.
• 4+ years in business analysis, PMO/EPMO support, project controls or document control across multiple projects/workstreams.
• Experience supporting project governance, documentation, deliverable tracking, and management reporting.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication with project teams and management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Experience using SharePoint or another enterprise document management platform.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day program management and business analysis support to Senior Program Manager across multiple projects.
• Coordinate and review stage-gate scorecards, project artifacts, and documentation for formal reviews.
• Identify missing stage-gate requirements and track items to resolution.
• Partner with Project Managers, IT Managers, and other stakeholders to ensure deliverables are organized and stored properly.
• Gather, organize, validate, and summarize project data for planning and reviews.
• Develop and maintain program-level trackers, status reports, and meeting materials.
• Assist with process improvements and document-control procedures.
• Create and maintain SharePoint sites and project records per standards.
• Support governance activities, audits, and regulatory requirements.
