Job summary

Leidos is seeking an experienced Program Analyst to support large IT programs for our Utility Technologies Solutions team. In this role, you will provide program and project management support across a portfolio of IT projects supporting electric utility operations, technology modernization, and evolving grid initiatives for our utility client.

You will help ensure projects stay organized, on track, and aligned with governance and delivery standards.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day program management and business analysis support to the Senior Program Manager across multiple active projects and workstreams.
• Coordinate and review EPMO stage-gate scorecards, project artifacts, and supporting documentation to ensure requirements are complete.
• Identify missing or incomplete stage-gate requirements, communicate findings, and track items.
• Partner with Project Managers, IT Managers, and other stakeholders to ensure deliverables are complete and stored properly.
• Gather, organize, validate, and summarize project data to support planning, reporting, and reviews.
