Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems in San Diego, CA is seeking Program Planning and Scheduling Analysts (Level 2 or Level 3) to join our team. You will develop and coordinate the integrated master plan and schedule to meet program objectives and ensure cross-functional alignment across finance, engineering, and manufacturing.

The role requires a Bachelor\'s with 2 years of experience (Level 2) or a Master\'s with 3+ years (Level 3), and the ability to obtain a U.S. Government Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years of professional/military experience or Master's degree.
• Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Government Secret Clearance.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Program Access.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, develop, and coordinate the integrated master plan and schedule.
• Ensure schedules are integrated across finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and quality.
• Track plans, perform risk analysis, and resolve critical path conflicts.
• Use project management tools and methods to gauge progress and drive corrective actions.
