Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Program Planning Analyst/Scheduler to join the Mission Systems Scheduling Center of Excellence in Buffalo, NY. The role focuses on developing and maintaining an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and coordinating with Program Managers, Engineering, and Operations on program milestones and resources.

You will work onsite on a 9/80 schedule, with opportunities to grow professionally in a structured, center-led environment that emphasizes compliance and schedule

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution with 2 years of related work experience.
• 4 years of applicable experience in lieu of degree may be considered.
• Some planning/scheduling related experience required.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Travel domestically up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain and analyze an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Collaborate with Program Managers, Engineering, Operations and Business Management to develop program plans and milestones.
• Decompose program scope into tasks, identify dependencies and analyze critical paths.
• Support estimates to complete, status updates and EVMS compliance.
