Base pay range

$35.00/hr - $40.00/hr

Advent Talent Group is seeking a Program Partner (Corporate/National Partnerships) to support a national nonprofit organization committed to saving lives. This role will drive digital outreach initiatives and manage strategic partnerships across higher education, corporate, and community sectors, with a focus on engaging the 18–24 age group. You will be instrumental in increasing online donor registrations through relationship management, virtual engagement, and data-driven campaign execution.

Overview:

• Location: Remote (Central Time Zone)
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (40 hours/week)
• Compensation: $35 – $40 per hour
• Travel: Occasional, as required by partnership or program needs

Responsibilities:

Partnership Management

• Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned national and regional partners
• Pitch, secure, and oversee impactful partnerships
• Research and recommend new partnership opportunities to leadership
• Maximize partner engagement and results within scope and budget

Campaign Execution

• Conduct targeted outreach via phone, email, and text to drive registrations
• Facilitate virtual engagement events and presentations
• Promote peer-to-peer storytelling and donor engagement through digital platforms

Program Operations

• Lead the end-to-end execution of partnership initiatives, including onboarding, training, and reporting
• Track budgets and manage resources in coordination with leadership
• Deliver timely and accurate impact reports to both internal and external stakeholders

Strategic Collaboration

• Work closely with marketing to support measurable outreach strategies
• Align efforts with regional recruitment teams to maintain consistent messaging
• Identify and propose solutions for process inefficiencies or barriers to success

Qualifications:

Experience

• Background in sales, fundraising, admissions, or mission-driven roles preferred
• Demonstrated success in partnership management and outreach campaigns

Skills & Tools

• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and data analytics tools (e.g., Looker)
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
