  • Balance creativity with practical considerations including inventory availability, lead times, quality, sustainability, budget and fulfillment requirements.

  • Maintain the level of responsiveness and attention to detail expected from 1338Tryon's white-glove service model.

  • Prepare client-facing program updates, recommendations and presentation materials.
  • Maintain the information and documentation needed for account managers to have strategic conversations with clients.
Order & Project Execution
  • Own the processing of approved client and stock orders, ensuring they are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Create and maintain purchase orders and all related order documentation.
  • Actively manage production, proofs, approvals and delivery timelines, following up as needed to keep orders moving and on schedule.
  • Own order accuracy and execution throughout the entire production cycle. Escalate and actively resolve delays, discrepancies or unexpected supplier actions immediately.
  • Keep internal stakeholders informed of order status, changes and risks while retaining ownership of the project through resolution. Escalating or communicating an issue does not transfer responsibility; continue driving the project, coordinating next steps and following through until it is back on track or fully resolved.
  • Maintain complete project documentation from approval through completion, including client approvals, proofs, changes, supplier communications, shipping information, final delivery confirmation and other relevant project details.
  • Look for opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and enhance the customer experience.
  • Help build scalable systems as 1338Tryon continues to grow.

  • A demonstrated history of taking ownership, following through on commitments, and driving projects.
