Job summary

ProCleared LLC in Springfield, VA is seeking a Program Analyst who actively participates in the program management lifecycle, monitors cost, schedule, performance, and risk, and helps keep the Integrated Master Schedule up to date.

You will prepare acquisition documentation such as SOWs, PWSs, IGCEs, participate in PMRs, and contribute to the acquisition lifecycle with MS Project, Jira, and Confluence while adhering to GS A standards and TS/SCI requirements.

Qualifications

• 3-10 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s or Master’s, compliant with GSA standards.
• Experience in Program Management, monitoring and reporting on cost, schedule, performance, and risk.
• Experience in supporting the acquisition lifecycle, including the development of key acquisition documents.
• Experience with project management software (MS Project, Jira, Confluence).
• Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies and ceremonies.
• Experience with Total Lifecycle Acquisition Management and Earned Value Management (EVM).
• TS/SCI clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Actively monitors program cost, schedule, performance, and risk throughout the program lifecycle.
• Develops, manages, and maintains the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Prepares and supports acquisition documentation (SOWs, PWS, market research, IGCEs).
• Participates in and documents key program meetings (sprint planning, PMRs).
• Supports review and analysis of contractor deliverables to ensure they meet SOW requirements.
