Job summary

ProCleared LLC in Springfield, VA is seeking a Program Analyst who actively participates in the program management lifecycle, monitors cost, schedule, performance, and risk, and helps keep the Integrated Master Schedule up to date.

You will prepare acquisition documentation such as SOWs, PWSs, IGCEs, participate in PMRs, and contribute to the acquisition lifecycle with MS Project, Jira, and Confluence while adhering to GS A standards and TS/SCI requirements.

Qualifications

• 3-10 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s or Master’s, compliant with GSA standards.
• Experience in Program Management, monitoring and reporting on cost, schedule, performance, and risk.
• Experience in supporting the acquisition lifecycle, including the development of key acquisition documents.
• Experience with project management software (MS Project, Jira, Confluence).
• Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies and ceremonies.
• Experience with Total Lifecycle Acquisition Management and Earned Value Management (EVM).
• TS/SCI clearance is required.

Overall Assignment Description: This analyst actively participates in the program management lifecycle, taking responsibility for monitoring key aspects of program execution against established plans. The role involves managing program schedules, preparing documentation for formal reviews, and ensuring that program activities, costs, and risks are tracked and reported accurately to support the government Program Manager. Work at this level involves independently performing the full range of assigned duties with minimal day-to-day instruction. Duties may include:

• Actively monitoring program cost, schedule, performance, and risk throughout the program lifecycle, identifying and flagging potential issues.
• Developing, managing, and maintaining the program's Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), reporting on progress against baselines.
• Preparing and supporting the development of acquisition documentation, including Statements of Work (SOWs), Performance Work Statements (PWS), market research, and Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs).
• Participating in and documenting key program meetings, such as sprint planning, technical exchange meetings, and Program Management Reviews (PMRs).
• Supporting review and analysis of contractor deliverables to ensure they meet the requirements outlined in the SOW.
